VISAS

- IMPORTANT NOTICE:In order to book an appointment, the color of the time slot must be GREEN. If it is red/pink, it means that the time slot is already booked.
- Arrival time:5 minutes earlier from your appointment time - Note that if you are a family, you can reserve one slot (please state in the comments of your reservation the names of the family names)
- SPECIAL NOTE ON FAMILIES:In one slot we can accommodate a family of two. In case you are a family and applying for more than 2 persons, try to book consecutive slots. If booking a second slot is not possible, please contact us preferably by email.
- CANCELLATIONS:Please be considerate by letting us know (by email) that you cannot make it to your appointment. Freeing a slot will give someone else the chance to book an appointment. Thank you
GREEK PASSPORTS
- FOR GREEK CITIZENS ONLY -In case you book a slot for any reason other than issuance of a Greek passport, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and we will not be able to accommodate your request

- •To book an appointment, first select the desired date. If the selected day appears in grey or red color, it means that that no slots are available for booking on that day. Hence, select a day in white color and then the available slots will appear in green color (red signifies the slot is already booked).
- •In every slot we can accommodate only one application. In case you need to apply for more than one person, try to book to consecutive slots. If that’s not possible, please reach us either by phone or email.
